Shipping & delivery
How much does shipping cost?
US rates at checkout:
- Stamped envelope (no tracking): $1.50, for sticker-only orders up to 3 oz
- Tracked (USPS): $4.90, for orders up to 5 lb
- Expedited: $6.90 up to 1 lb, or $9.90 from 1 to 5 lb
- Standard: $19.90, for orders from 5 to 70 lb
- Live USPS and UPS rates, calculated at checkout
- Free Standard shipping on orders with a subtotal of $25 or more
See the full Shipping Policy.
What's the difference between the stamped envelope and Tracked (USPS)?
The $1.50 stamped envelope is the light-infantry option. It's the cheapest way to get stickers to you, but it has no tracking and no claims. Once it's handed to USPS, it's off our radar. If it hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, email us with your order number and we'll reship it once, for free.
Tracked (USPS) at $4.90 gives you a tracking number from Houston to your door. If you want eyes on your package the whole way, choose Tracked.
Can I get free shipping?
Yes. Build a loadout with a subtotal of $25 or more (after discounts, before taxes) and Free Standard shipping unlocks at checkout.
Why can't I pick the envelope rate for my patches?
The stamped envelope is only set up for sticker-only orders up to 3 oz; patches ship under a separate setup that doesn't include it. If your cart has a patch in it, choose Tracked (USPS), Expedited, or a live carrier rate. Or push the order to $25+ for free Standard shipping.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders leave base (Houston, TX) within 1–2 business days. After that, delivery speed depends on the service you pick. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and Expedited and the live carrier services (like Priority Mail or UPS air) are there if you need it sooner.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking if your shipping option includes it. If you have an account, you can also see your orders under Account → Orders. Stamped-envelope orders have no tracking.
